People using mobile devices often want to complete specific tasks, such as finding a doctor and requesting an appointment, right from their handheld device. The MyNCH mobile app takes you directly to our most popular tools. When you visit nch.org from a computer or mobile browser, you can still see our full range of information and tools.
MyNCH is available for use on iOS (iPhone, iPad and iPod touch) and Android devices.

For iOS and Android users with only WiFi connectivity, please be sure that your device is connected to an open WiFi signal during the installation and not physically connected to the computer via a sync cable. To check your WiFi settings, tap Settings and then Network and/or Wireless.

General NCH Information
This section gives you a brief overview of the Hospital and services that Northwest Community Healthcare offers.
ER & Immediate Care Wait Times
This section shows up-to-the-minute wait times and distance to all of the NCH emergency facilities and Immediate Care Centers in the Northwest suburbs. (You must be online for these wait times to be updated and accurate.) You can use this information to decide where to go if you have an urgent need for medical help. PLEASE NOTE: If you think you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
My Schedule & Clinical Results
My Schedule shows a calendar listing of your NCH appointments, past and future. To use this function, you must have a MyNCH account.
Also, if you're a NCH Medical Group patient, you can view your lab and imaging results directly from the app. Results are posted within seven days after physician review.
Request an Appointment
This function enables you to request a doctor or imaging appointment right on your mobile device. Simply:
- Select the service you would like, the location where you would like to have your appointment, the physician you would like to see (if choices are available), your date preference for your appointment (first available, weekdays, weekends, or a specific date), your time preference for your appointment (early morning, morning, afternoon, evening), and the best time to call you.
- Enter a message with any details that you feel will help explain what you need the appointment for. When you are done, hit Send.
- An NCH scheduling representative will contact you at the phone number you provided to finalize the scheduling process. You can expect a call back within one business day of your initial request.
- To use this function, you must be signed in to your MyNCH account.
Email NCH
Your MyNCH app also allows you to email NCH right from your mobile device. To use this function, you must be signed in to your MyNCH account.
- Select the category your email will relate to. There are seven categories of messages that you can select from. This ensures that your message goes to the right department.
- Enter in your message and hit Send.
- An NCH representative will contact you at the phone number you provided to finalize the scheduling process. You can expect a call back within one business day of your initial request.
Locations and Services
Here you will find a complete listing of all NCH locations and the specific services available at each. You'll also find maps, hours and directions to each.
To use certain functions in the app (My Schedule, Clinical Results, Request an Appointment, Email NCH), you will be asked to enter your username and password. If you have not opened an account yet, simply click on "Enroll now" and follow the on-screen prompts.
Once you have a username and password, you can perform these functions in the future.

You need to open an account for several reasons: To protect your personal information so that when you request an appointment, access your schedule, view your clinical results or email NCH, the MyNCH app can provide NCH with the information needed to contact you for follow up.

No. You must be online for the information to be updated and accurate. If you have an iOS or Android device that only has WiFi connectivity, like an iPad or Android tablet, be sure it is connected to an open WiFi signal. To check your WiFi settings, tap Settings and then Network and/or Wireless.
Choose the Forgot Password function and follow the prompts to reset your password.
