Diabetes Management

A variety of diabetes support services are offered through Diabetes Services and held at the NCH Kirchoff Center. For times, location and more information on the other support groups listed below, call Diabetes Services at 847.618.4475.

  • Adult Daytime Group meets every other month on the odd numbered months (January, March, May, July, September, November)
  • Adult Evening Group meets every other month on the odd numbered months (January, March, May, July, September, November)
