In collaboration with NCH, ACCESS Community Health Network provides a model of quality, affordable health care for medically underserved members in the northwest suburbs.

All patients are welcome at ACCESS!

• We accept All Kids, Family Care, Medicaid, Medicare and most health insurance plans
• If you are uninsured, we offer a sliding fee scale based on ability to pay
