We take pride in providing our employees with a very comprehensive benefits package. The following is a partial list of available benefits offered to all NCH employees full time and part time (at least 20 hours per week).

Medical Insurance

• Four plan options are available: a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO, a Consumer-Driven PPO and two Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Plans
• Prescription drug program
• Vision plan

Dental Insurance

• Both a Preferred Provider Organization and a managed dental care plan are available

Flexible spending accounts

• For both medical and dependent care

Life Insurance

• One times annual base salary up to $50,000 at no cost to employee
• Option to purchase additional one or two times annual base salary
• Option to purchase life insurance for spouse and/or dependent children

Disability Insurance (both short and long term)

• Provided at no cost to employee with an option to purchase additional short-term

Pension

• A matching 401(K) Plan through Fidelity plus an annual Service Award Contribution is available for eligible employees
• Vesting in the 401K is immediate

Paid Time Plan (PTP)

• Based on hours worked, 1 - 4 years can accrue up to 19 days
• 4 - 9 years can accrue up to 24 days
• 9 - 19 years can accrue 29 days
• 20 years and over can accrue 31 days

• Six paid holidays for eligible employees
