The Emergency Department is a state-of-the-art trauma center, equipped to handle a wide range of emergency medical needs. For more information about adult and pediatric emergency services at NCH, click here.

The Emergency Department entrance remains the same during this first phase of the Redevelopment project, but parking and transportation options have changed slightly to make your visit as convenient as possible.

If you need emergency services, use the Emergency Department entrance. Follow the red signs on the hospital campus to the Emergency Department.

Parking for Emergency Department patients and visitors is available in the parking garage adjacent to the Emergency Department entrance. Please use the northwest garage entrance for access to reserved parking within the garage.

Complimentary valet parking for patients and visitors is available 24 hours, 7-days-a-week at the Emergency Department entrance.

If you are driving from the north, enter the Hospital through the west driveway entrance off Kirchoff Road. If you are driving from the south, enter the Hospital through the west driveway entrance off Central Road. Once on campus, follow the red signs directing you to the Emergency Department.
