Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights is bordered by West Central Road on the south and Kirchoff Road on the north. Both roads provide convenient entry points into the Hospital campus. The Northwest Community Hospital Emergency Room is a state-of-the-art trauma center, equipped to handle a wide range of emergency medical needs. In addition, our dedicated Pediatric ER is staffed by board-certified pediatric emergency specialists from Children’s Memorial Hospital.

If you need emergency services, once you’ve entered the Hospital campus follow the red signs to the Emergency Room entrance.

Complimentary valet parking for patients and visitors is available 24-hours, seven days a week, at the Emergency Room entrance.

Complimentary valet parking is also available for patients and visitors at the Hospital’s North Entrance (Entrance #2), weekdays from 6 am to 6 pm.
