With the campus redevelopment initiative underway, Northwest Community Hospital strives to assist you with your transportation needs both from your home and while you are here at Hospital facilities.

Courtesy Van – Northwest Community Hospital provides patients who reside in the surrounding communities with safe, reliable and affordable means of transportation to and from the Hospital and other NCH locations. For more information, click here or call 847.618.6480.

Valet Parking Service – In order to better meet the needs of our outpatients and visitors, we provide valet parking at the following locations on the Arlington Heights campus, free of charge:

• Free valet parking is available at The North Pavilion Building 2, Monday through Friday, 6 am to 6:00 pm.
• Free valet parking is available 7 days a week from 10 am - 10 pm at the Emergency Department Entrance.

Care Carts – These carts move patients and visitors between the Busse Center for Specialty Medicine, the Day Surgery Center, the Express Drop-Off Entrance, at The North Pavilion and all points in between.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Friday 5:00 am to 9:00 pm
• Saturday 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Sunday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
