Billing for Radiology Services
Depending on the services provided, you may receive separate bills from other health care professionals who provided services to you at Northwest Community Hospital, the Day Surgery Center, or an NCH Immediate Care Center. Charges for radiologists and attending physicians are billed separately. Please check with your health plan to verify that your radiology services are covered prior to your next visit.
