NCH’s specialty teams of healthcare professionals help our cardiac, diabetes, orthopedic, neurological, wound and ostomy patients successfully navigate their care from the hospital to their home. You not only leave the hospital sooner, but you’ll get better faster and go on to lead an independent and healthier life.
