  • Every patient and family is offered a full range of services to meet the physical, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual needs that arise during a terminal illness.
  • The focus of care is pain control, symptom management and emotional support.
  • Staff is able to provide intensive medical care as well as assist with the patient's personal care needs, such as bathing and grooming, among others.
  • The patient's personal physician can continue to be a part of the team.

  • Décor and furnishings that create a calm, homelike atmosphere.

Where is the Hospice Suite located?

It is located on the ninth floor of Northwest Community Hospital's East Pavilion (9 East).

Can patients transition to another hospice provider outside of the hospital?

Patients and their families are free to choose any hospice provider upon discharge from the hospital.
