In addition to our Outpatient Lab & Imaging services in Arlington Heights (1051 W. Rand), Lake Zurich, Mount Prospect, Schaumburg and two locations in Buffalo Grove (1450 Busch Parkway and 15 S. McHenry Road), we also offer Outpatient Lab & Imaging services at the Northwest Community Hospital.

Outpatient Lab Services at Northwest Community Hospital

Lab location:
Busse Center for Specialty Medicine
Second Floor

Lab hours:

Monday - Friday:	6 am to 6 pm
Saturday:	7 am to 12 pm (noon)
Sundays and Holidays:	Closed

Requirements:

• Doctor’s order for the test
• No appointment necessary – but you can call ahead to 847.618.3700

• Blood tests
• Urine testing

Outpatient Imaging Services at Northwest Community Hospital

Northwest Community Hospital

You will be provided with directions when you make your appointment.

Imaging hours:

Monday - Friday:	6 am to 9 pm (X-rays: 7 am - 7 pm)
Saturday:	7 am to 3:30 pm
Holidays and Sundays:	Closed

Requirements:

• Doctor’s order for the test (except screening mammograms)
• Call to make an appointment: 847.618.3700 (walk-ins welcome for X-rays)

• Digital X-rays
• Dual source CT scan
• Fluoroscopy

• Other imaging procedures including hysterosalpingography (HSG), kidney biopsy, lung CT scan, lung biopsy, myelography, paracentesis, thoracentesis, prostate biopsy and virtual colonoscopy.
