NCH Wellness team members will come to your workplace to collect data and complete blood draws for lab tests – as well as answer, individually and confidentially, any questions employees might have about their health. Your employees will receive a confidential report on their health numbers such as blood pressure, cholesterol and body mass so they can see where they can improve.
All data collected at screenings is strictly confidential and is not shared with anyone besides the employee and the employee's physician, if requested. Their private information is not shared with the company or their health insurance plan. This is important for employees to know as it encourages participation. The organization will receive a report of the group's overall results, which is used to plan targeted educational series and appropriate risk reduction strategies.
