Lab and imaging services available at NCH Immediate Care Centers

The Immediate Care Centers of Northwest Community Hospital (NCH) also offer comprehensive laboratory, imaging and Occupational Health services. If your doctor has requested that you have a blood test or other laboratory test, or if you are in need of a routine X-ray or mammogram, these can be performed at several of our NCH Immediate Care clinic locations with results sent directly to your physician. Your doctor does not need to be on staff at Northwest Community Hospital to use these convenient Immediate Care clinic services.

Mammograms

• Available at Buffalo Grove (Lake Cook) and Schaumburg locations only (as well as the Breast Center at NCH).
• No physician order required for screening mammograms.
• Services are by appointment only—call 847.618.3700.

CT, Open MRI and general radiology (X-ray) services

• X-ray services are available at ALL Immediate Care locations.
• CT and Open MRI are available at our Schaumburg location and at both NCH Medical Grouplocations.
• Additional imaging services are available at the NCH Medical Group offices.
• Physician order required.
• Services are by appointment only—call 847.618.3700.
