The other NCH facility in Buffalo Grove, located at 1450 Busch Parkway, provides outpatient lab and imaging services.

including holidays
Holidays: Open 24 hours

Injuries and illnesses commonly treated by our immediate care physicians include: minor fractures, sprains and strains; respiratory illnesses, such as bronchitis; flu symptoms; ear aches and sore throats; nausea, vomiting, diarrhea; minor eye injuries, cuts, scrapes and burns, as well as skin irritations.
