Urgent care centers are open convenient hours, 7 days a week. Locations include:

Buffalo Grove Immediate Care Center (Open 24 hours a day including all holidays)
Lake Zurich Immediate Care Center (7 am to 10 pm; Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve 7 am to 8 pm; closed on holidays)
Schaumburg Immediate Care Center (7 am to 11 pm; Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve 7 am to 8 pm; holidays 9 am to 8 pm)

NCH's Immediate Care Centers provide you with a unique combination of board-certified medical expertise and personalized, walk-in medical care for immediate care situations at three urgent care locations—Buffalo Grove, Lake Zurich and Schaumburg.

These urgent care centers provide convenient access to immediate care if you're experiencing acute injuries, common illnesses, minor medical problems or need routine care when your personal physician is unavailable. No appointments necessary.

Injuries and illnesses commonly treated at our urgent care locations include:

  • Sprains
  • Bruises
  • Minor fractures and broken bones
  • Respiratory illnesses and infections such as bronchitis
  • Eye injuries
  • Flu symptoms
  • Sore throats
  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
  • Ear aches
  • Simple injuries such as scrapes, cuts and burns
  • Skin problems such as poison ivy

Every urgent care location is fully staffed by knowledgeable and experienced healthcare professionals:

  • Board-certified doctors, nurses and technicians trained to treat patients of all ages, from children through older adults.
  • Specially trained to address injuries and illnesses commonly seen in children.

Our urgent care centers offer comprehensive and timely care:

NCH Immediate Care Centers provide your primary care physician with complete follow-up information about your care, including test results, x-rays, and prescribed medications.

CT, MRI and mammogram services available by appointment only by calling Express Scheduling, 847.618.3700:

  • CT and Open MRI in Schaumburg. Physician order required.
  • Mammography services in Buffalo Grove and Schaumburg. No physician order required for screening mammograms.
