The NCH Immediate Care Centers, including the location in Mount Prospect, provide you and your family personalized, expert medical care at four convenient walk-in locations.

In addition to providing immediate care, the NCH Health Center in Mount Prospect also includes NCH Medical Group primary care physician offices.
Northwest Community Hospital also offers Outpatient Lab & Imaging Services at many of these locations.
New Hours
Immediate Care Centers are open 7 am – 10 pm on weekdays, and 8 am – 6 pm on weekends and holidays.
