When to go to an NCH Immediate Care Center

NCH Immediate Care Centers are open 7 am – 10 pm on weekdays, and 8 am – 6 pm on weekends and holidays.
Our Immediate Care Centers, including the location in Mount Prospect, were developed to offer convenient and responsive outpatient care for a variety of minor illnesses and injuries. If you or a loved one has an illness or injury that is not life-threatening, and you can't get in to see your regular doctor (perhaps it's at night or over the weekend), then one of our convenient Immediate Care Centers may be your answer.
Injuries and illnesses commonly treated at our walk-in clinics include:
- Sprains, bruises
- Minor fractures and broken bones
- Respiratory illnesses and infections such as bronchitis
- Eye injuries
- Flu symptoms
- Sore throats
- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
- Earaches
- Simple injuries such as scrapes, cuts and burns
- Skin problems such as poison ivy
For non-emergencies, get the best immediate care in the northwest suburbs at any of our four Immediate Care Center locations.
