Express Scheduling is fast, easy and convenient!
At NCH you can schedule all your outpatient tests and procedures in advance, with just one phone call. This allows you to:
- Choose an appointment time that fits your routine
- Expedite check-in upon arrival for your test or procedure
Call Express Scheduling at 847.618.3700
- Monday through Friday 7 am - 7 pm
- Saturday, 9 am - 1 pm
Before you call, make sure you have the following information available:
- Insurance card
- Referral form/authorization form for your test or procedure
- Physician order (if your physician handed it to you)
Physician orders can also be faxed to 847.618.3709.
