Major healthcare decisions can be overwhelming, particularly if you’ve been diagnosed with cancer. At Northwest Community Hospital, you’ll find the support you need from a nurse navigator—an experienced clinician who serves as your personal clinical resource.

You will have the experience, wisdom and comfort of one of our nurse navigators to help you and your family on the journey from diagnosis through treatment to recovery.

All of our navigators are registered nurses, and most are credentialed advanced practice nurses who are certified in their areas of expertise.

NCH was one of the pioneers of this unique resource for patients and their families, dating back to 1996 with our first breast care coordinator. Today, NCH’s nurse navigator team consists of:
