Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Changes

In March, NCH’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) department underwent several changes. “We changed our name to NCH Physical Rehabilitation Services to make it easier for our customers to identify physical, occupational and speech therapy services within the community,” explains Karen McCauley, director, NCH Physical Rehabilitation Services.

In addition, outpatient NCH Physical Rehabilitation Services relocated from the Buffalo Grove Fitness Center to NCH’s Immediate Care Center in Buffalo Grove. Plus, physical therapy services were expanded at NCH’s Immediate Care Center in Lake Zurich. “These new locations offer our patients more options for care,” McCauley notes.
