Doctors Connect with Peers at Annual Networking Event

Networking Event Feedback
Comments gathered from surveys issued to physicians attending the Networking Event:

“An opportunity to build meaningful relationships.”

“Enjoyed learning about outpatient testing for my Mount Prospect patients.”

“It's always better to put a face with a name – more comfortable to communicate in the future after meeting.”

“Casual nature and environment to meet one another.”

More than 60 medical staff members turned out at Northwest Community Healthcare’s (NCH) annual Physician Networking Event last month. This year's social was held at the recently opened NCH Health Center in Mount Prospect, giving doctors the added benefit of touring the new facility to learn more about the services available to patients.

John Wallace, MD, who attended the event, was both impressed with the facility and grateful for the chance to connect with his NCH medical staff peers. “The new building in Mount Prospect is beautiful and there is little doubt patients will be pleased with the look, feel and convenience of this new facility,” he says. “This event was a great opportunity to see the site first-hand, and to meet with the physicians who are staffing it.”

Opened in July, the NCH Health Center in Mount Prospect provides nearby residents with access to walk-in immediate care, a full-service lab draw site, cardiac diagnostics and imaging services – all in one convenient and accessible location. The Center’s suite of robust diagnostic imaging technologies includes MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray.

The NCH Physician Outreach team hosts networking events – like this one – with the purpose of bringing doctors together in a relaxed, informal setting to build and maintain meaningful relationships among peers. Any further networking events will be announced via SCAN.
