Immediate Care Centers Offer Outpatient Services

Did you know that NCH's Immediate Care Centers offer additional outpatient services in several locations? For routine lab tests and state-of-the-art imaging, your patients may find that going to an NCH Immediate Care Center is a more convenient alternative than traveling to the Hospital campus. Plus, our Immediate Care Centers send results directly to you so you're kept informed and have the opportunity to follow-up with your patient, as needed.

Imaging
CT and Open MRI are offered at the Immediate Care and Imaging Center in Schaumburg by appointment only. A physician order is required.

Mammography Services
Both NCH's Schaumburg and Buffalo Grove locations offer mammograms. This service is available by appointment only. A physician order is not required for a screening mammogram.

Comprehensive Lab and X-ray Services
Lab and X-ray services are offered at our Buffalo Grove, Lake Zurich and Schaumburg locations. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.

To make an appointment for any of these outpatient services, patients should call 847.618.3700, and specify the location they prefer.

X-ray and diagnostic imaging services are also offered at the Affinity Healthcare sites at 1051 Rand Road in Arlington Heights and 1450 Busch Parkway in Buffalo Grove.
