Tips to Ensure You Receive NCH E-mails

Your e-mail service provider (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc) does a good job blocking those unsolicited e-mails that try to sell you off-the-wall gimmicks and money savings deals. But when e-mails intended for your inbox land in your junk folder, this added level of protection becomes more of a nuisance than a benefit.

There are a variety of reasons that may cause an e-mail message to be blocked or moved to your junk folder. One example includes messages that are sent to numerous e-mail accounts. Therefore, SCAN and other "group e-mails" sent by NCH are at risk of being flagged as junk mail or spam by your e-mail service provider.

While there are tips and best practices to help senders avoid the spam folder, there are some settings you – the recipient – can adjust in order to ensure the messages you want to receive actually arrive in your inbox. Below are two methods to consider:

  1. Add NCH e-mail accounts to your contacts folder or safe senders list. To accomplish, each NCH e-mail account will need to be added one at a time.
  2. Modify your e-mail account "rules" or "filters" so that any e-mail message sent by an "" account successfully arrives in your inbox.
