New Resource Supports Physicians' IT Needs
In response to physicians' need for IT support, Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) has established a new IT triage line exclusively for NCH medical staff: 847.618.DOCS (3627). This new phone line allows physicians to speak with a member of the Hospital's IT department between the hours of 8 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday. Outside of these hours physicians will reach the IT Helpdesk or the Helpdesk answering service. The triage line ensures physicians will receive prompt assistance with CareLink and other IT-related needs.
