New Resource Supports Physicians' IT Needs

In response to physicians' need for IT support, Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) has established a new IT triage line exclusively for NCH medical staff: 847.618.DOCS (3627). This new phone line allows physicians to speak with a member of the Hospital's IT department between the hours of 8 am 4 pm, Monday Friday. Outside of these hours physicians will reach the IT Helpdesk or the Helpdesk answering service. The triage line ensures physicians will receive prompt assistance with CareLink and other IT-related needs.
