When looking for a doctor, HealthConnection is your direct link to quality physicians affiliated with Northwest Community Hospital - your trusted healthcare partner for more than 40 years. One easy resource provides you with information on nearly 1,000 medical professionals, including primary care doctors and specialists.
Easy Access
With a quick call to HealthConnection, we can provide you with the information you need to make critical healthcare decisions. We have data on hundreds of Northwest Community Hospital affiliated physicians. including including their gender, educational background, credentials, and board certifications, years in practice, areas of interest, specialties, age and more.
In addition to providing physician referrals, HealthConnection provides a variety of other services such as:
- Supplying Geriatric Services information and local Senior Center information
- Providing Support Group options available within the Hospital and community
- Registering callers for classes, special events, lectures and screenings offered by Northwest Community Hospital, including cholesterol screenings, childbirth classes, cancer screenings, children's services classes, and flu shot information
- Providing insurance information to assist callers with selecting physicians affiliated with more than 200 insurance plans
- Connecting callers with physicians' offices and assisting in securing medical appointments
- Redirecting callers to specific Hospital departments or personnel as needed
- Fulfilling any requests for Hospital literature on services such as Gastroenterology, Cancer Services, Surgical Services, The Breast Center and Senior Services, as well as other Hospital publications including My Medical Chart and Physician Directories
- Translators available for non-English speaking callers
