Making Appointments
If your doctor tells you that you need an appointment for services, please call Express Scheduling at 847.618.3700 to schedule your appointment.
Express Scheduling Hours:
- 7 am - 7 pm, Monday through Friday
- 9 am - 1 pm, Saturday
During your call, you may also pre-register, which will allow you to bypass registration and go directly to the department performing your procedure. For more information on Express Scheduling, click here.
Pre-Admission Testing
If you require pre-admission testing for a hospital procedure, a hospital representative will call you to schedule an appointment and pre-register you for your procedure.

Patient Representatives
Patient representatives are available to explain Hospital policies and procedures and help you with any problems or concerns you might have. Your comments will be reviewed and appropriate actions will be taken. To speak with a patient representative, call 847.618.4390.
Payment and Billing Procedures
To ensure accurate billing, please present your insurance card and one other form of identification when registering. Payment for outpatient services is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card are accepted.
- For patients with accepted medical insurance, the Hospital will bill the insurer directly.
- It is the patient's responsibility to confirm payment of the claim with the insurance carrier.
- Patients are encouraged to verify their health plan benefits prior to their visit by calling their insurance carrier.
