New Patient Services Center Now Open

In a hurry? Do you need to pick up an X-ray, medical records, or pay a bill? Northwest Community Hospital’s new Patient Services Center can help.

It’s a faster, easier way for you to access the services you need – all in one easy-to-find, convenient location in the Hospital’s North Pavilion (also labeled "New Temporary Main Entrance" during the campus reconstruction effort). You no longer have to find your way through the Hospital to gather everything you need.

At the Patient Services Center, you will find:

X-ray Pick-up/Drop-off
Medical Records Request /Pick-up
Radiology Contrast Material Pick-up
Pathology Slide Pick-up/Drop-off
Medicaid Application Assistance
Financial Counselor
Patient Advocate
Cashier

Free of charge valet parking is available, as well as parking at the nearby Busse Center for Specialty Medicine's parking deck.

This program is one of many initiatives Northwest Community has instituted to further enhance its patient-focused environment, making it easier for patients to located and access these services.

Walk-ins are welcome. To ensure your request is ready when you arrive, please call 847.618.3200, 24-48 hours in advance.

The new Patient Services Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.
