Community Leaders Welcome NCH to Mount Prospect

Opportunity for you to partner with NCH as donors and ambassadors

Residents, business owners and community leaders in and around Mount Prospect are excited about NCH's new Health Center opening up close to home this August. Located at 199 W. Rand Road in Mount Prospect, the new center will offer nearby neighbors convenient access to laboratory, cardiac and imaging tests, occupational health services, NCH Medical Group offices, and expert immediate care for minor injuries and illnesses.

The NCH Health Center's opening also offers local community members a chance to partner with NCH as donors and ambassadors by joining the President's Circle. The Foundation's annual giving society, President's Circle ("PC"), is for those who show their belief in quality healthcare by donating $1,000 or more to the Hospital each year.

Spearheaded by longtime PC member and Mount Prospect resident Skip Braband, the President's Circle Community Campaign was formed this year to encourage PC membership among those who live and work within the new location's service area. Skip and his fellow Campaign Committee members—David Lindgren, John Eilering, Tom Mannard and Greg Guarrine—invited their friends, neighbors and business associates to a special “sneak peek” at the new facility in June.

The Committee's goal is to raise awareness about the range of NCH services now available in this area and to double the number of area residents in the President's Circle. Skip says, "We're proud to have a state-of-the-art NCH facility in our community, and we hope the community, in turn, will support the Hospital's initiatives to bring quality care closer to us."

New President's Circle members who join through the Community Campaign will be recognized prominently in the new Health Center, as well as the Hospital’s main lobby. They will also be invited to help guide the future of the facility by providing periodic feedback on existing services and identifying evolving healthcare needs of their communities. Additional benefits of membership include assistance from the Foundation staff when admitted to NCH, invitations to special donor recognition events and up-to-date communications about Hospital advancements. Most importantly, "PC" members enjoy the satisfaction of investing in excellent healthcare close to home for themselves, their families and friends.
