Class Schedules
The Wellness Center offers an average of 100 group exercise classes per week, such as low-impact, step, indoor cycling, strength, dance fusion, boot camp, circuit training, cardio kickbox, flexibility, 30-minute express and aqua fitness.
Classes are available for all ages and ability levels, and are subject to change quarterly. All classes are complimentary for members. Enjoy the camaraderie and motivation that group exercise fosters, and try a class today!

Group Exercise
