Get paid while you train to be a PCT

It’s never been easier to take the first step toward a rewarding and fulfilling career in healthcare! Through a partnership with Oakpoint University, you will be hired as a support staff technician with NCH while attending four weeks of in person training to become a PCT. Anyone with a high school diploma or GED is invited to apply. Healthcare experience is not necessary.

During the process, you’ll be asked to provide an email address. We’ll email you a confirmation upon receipt of your application.

Yes, you’ll need to complete an application for each position you are interested in, as they are forwarded to the respective recruiter and departments.

No, we do not have general applications. You must apply for a specific position that’s been posted.

Yes. On the job board, look for any nurse position and do apply.  We are always accepting new grad applications. If you don’t see a posting, we aren’t currently accepting applications at that time. Please check back later to see if a position becomes available.

Applications are kept on file for three months.

No follow-up is necessary, as every application is reviewed and acknowledged with an email from the Human Resources employment team. You will also be notified if you are selected to come in for an interview.

If your qualifications and background meet our requirements, a recruiter may contact you within two weeks of submitting your application.
