We provide patient-centered care in a compassionate, supportive and confidential environment. Our approach encompasses the biological, emotional, social, family and spiritual aspects of recovery.
The center helps patients safely stop using alcohol and/or drugs. It’s staffed by highly trained professionals, including addictionologists (physicians who specialize in the study and management of chemical dependency), licensed clinicians, nurses and behavioral health professionals. Services benefit those who need the most supportive treatment environment and are specifically tailored to each patient’s needs.
The Evening Intensive Outpatient level of care for addictions is offered to patients who are connected with individual therapy or who recently completed partial hospitalization or residential treatment. The Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to help patients develop and build upon recovery skills to decrease the risk of relapse. The program meets four nights per week for three hours each night.
Our treatment interventions are evidence-based. Treatment interventions include a variety of cognitive behavioral therapies, group and individual therapy, relapse prevention training and recovery skills. Family education and peer support are essential components of treatment and are incorporated into the program to ensure a successful and sustained recovery.
Our addictionologists assist individuals looking to discontinue the use of opioids and/or alcohol. We prescribe Suboxone® and/or Vivitrol® combined with group therapy to assist our patients in reaching their goals.
The Continuing Care Program is offered after successful completion of partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient or residential treatment. Continuing Care is a structured group that meets one night each week for one hour and a half. The focus of treatment is to help reinforce utilization of sober support systems, emphasize gains made in previous levels of care and encourage motivation for abstinence.
Intensive outpatient services or day treatment with partial hospitalization are available for adolescents and adults. Additional options for addiction include residential treatment with outpatient continuing care groups, including:
