Also examining the impact of strength training on fat loss, as well as the optimal ratio and order for strength and cardio in the same workout. The discussion wraps up with a general plan and brief notes for meal planning.

Meets in Conference Room 1, 2nd floor at the NCH Wellness Center. Cost is $5 for NCH Wellness Center members; $15 for nonmembers. Free to all MedFit members.
