Looking at the science behind exercises you can do on a daily to weekly basis to improve your health and wellness (and body composition): Examples of basic cardio and strength workouts, mobility exercises, take control of posture, organize sitting periods, and a brief discussion of macronutrient identification.

Meets in Conference Room 1, 2nd floor at the NCH Wellness Center. Cost is $5 for NCH Wellness Center members; $15 for nonmembers. Free to all MedFit members.
