Learn how to assemble a workout program for the goal of improving body composition and health. Examine the elements of strength training, cardio, & mobility, and then format into a weekly action plan.

Meets in Conference Room 1, 2nd floor at the NCH Wellness Center. Cost is $5 for NCH Wellness Center members; $15 for nonmembers. Free to all MedFit members.
