For guests that prefer to phone in their reservations, please call the Reservation Center 1-866-227-5944 to secure a reservation on the group block. However, please be aware that a processing fee will be incurred if you choose not to use the dedicated weblink to register. The name of the group is listed as Northwest Community Hospital. Callers may also use the following group code to identify the group: SCNCH5.

Guests may make reservations in the block at the group rate until Monday, May 12, 2025, or until the room block is full. After that time, the group rate will be offered based only on hotel availability.

A daily resort fee plus the current Clark County room tax will be charged in addition to the room rates. Room rates at Caesars Palace are $199 a night from Wednesday, June 11 through Sunday, June 15.

Please note that upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax. To avoid forfeiture of your deposit, please ensure all changes and cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations/Refunds
Request for refunds must be submitted in writing by 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday, May 12, 2025, to gicourse@nch.org. Refunds will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after this time.
