A daily resort fee, plus the current Clark County room tax, will be charged in addition to the room rate. Room rates at Caesars Palace are $199 a night from Wednesday, June 24th, through Sunday, June 28.

Please note that upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax. To avoid forfeiture of your deposit, please ensure all changes and cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations/Refunds

Request for refunds must be submitted in writing by 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday, May 18, 2026, to gicourse@nch.org. Refunds will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after this time.
