Diagnosis

To provide the most effective treatment, we will perform a complete examination focused on the venous system. We will also perform indicated diagnostic tests to further define your problem. In the office, we use duplex ultrasound – a noninvasive imaging process to view the flow in arteries and veins and identify points of abnormal vein function.

Treatments

Your vein condition, whether apparently simple or obviously extensive, will be treated via a plan tailored to your individual needs. Successful treatment eliminates veins that are malfunctioning and improves overall vein circulation while relieving leg discomfort and improving skin appearance. There are many options available to attain these results. Multiple treatment options may be combined to achieve the best results for you.

Additional innovative options are available (Varithena, Vena Seal, MOCA), including new injection medications, a glue closure method and combination of mechanical and chemical destruction.
