The NCH Medical Group Outpatient Care Center at Harper College is conveniently located in Building M on the campus of Harper Community College at 1200 W. Algonquin Rd., Palatine. The office provides primary care, immediate care, lab services, X-ray and physical therapy and neurology services to all ages.
The NCH Outpatient Care Center at Harper College also offers walk-in immediate care services to treat sprains, strains, slips, falls and burns. Treatment is also available for respiratory illnesses and infections, urinary tract infections, cuts, scrapes, fractures, bites and stings, rashes and blood borne exposures.
This location has two physicians who are board certified in family medicine, treating patients of all ages.

These doctors work side-by-side with two advanced practice nurses.

Lawrence Zeidman, M.D. is a neurology specialist and Medical Director of Neuromuscular Medicine at NCH and also sees patients at the Harper College Outpatient Care Center.
These physicians and advanced practice providers are supported by nurses, medical assistants, radiology technicians, receptionists, lab technicians and a dedicated practice manager.
The Outpatient Care Center hours are 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday and, beginning April 1, Saturday 8 a.m. – noon.
