What is WIN?

A unique, health-professional-led group program focused on lifestyle change to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. WIN combines weekly nutrition education and group exercise sessions in a supportive, motivating environment.

Participants can anticipate:

  • Weight loss of approximately 1-2 pounds per week
  • Improved cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility
  • Increased nutrition knowledge and motivation to eat right
  • Skill acquisition for continued weight loss or weight maintenance

Program Basics

  • 12 weekly 90-minute sessions: 45 minutes of group nutrition followed by 45 minutes of group exercise
  • Facilitated by our Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainers
  • Includes pre-, mid- and post-program biometric assessments
  • Includes options for program continuation, including individual exercise and group support
  • Special membership offer for non-members

Participants receive:

  • Individualized meal plans and exercise prescriptions
  • Ongoing feedback, monitoring and encouragement throughout the program
  • Weekly class materials, water bottle, food/exercise journal, program T-shirt

Program times

Sign up for the time that works best for you: Thursdays, 10:30 a.m. to noon or 5:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

Program preregistration is required.
