A Mother's Touch has been a part of the community since 1994 providing childcare services in Arlington Heights and Niles. A Mother's Touch staff will provide new, fresh ideas for play and learning; staff will also help to develop and cultivate social skills through supervised interaction with other children.
The Wellness Center provides child care services while you work out or enjoy services at the Reflections Spa. Care is offered for children between three months and 10 years of age. Professional staff and a secure entrance provide a safe environment for children. Activities, special events and learning experiences throughout the year ensure children will have fun while visiting the Kids Club.

Policies and Procedures
Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance (same-day reservations may be accommodated based on availability). This policy promotes proper staffing levels to supervise the children in a safe environment. Reservations are filled on a first come, first serve basis until maximum capacity is met using appropriate safety ratios. All reservations are for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Parents are required to stay in the Wellness Center while their children are in the Kids Club. We ask parents to be respectful of pick-up times. Please be advised, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we will consider you a "no show," cancel your reservation and contact the next member on our waiting list. After 3 "no shows" Kids Club privileges will be revoked for one month.
Effective September 1, 2011 the Kids Club rate for guests/non-members is $5.00 per child, per hour.
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to your reservation. If calling after hours, please leave a message at 847.618.3600.
Parents/Guardians are required to check their children in and out of Kids Club at the Kids Club Reception Desk. Only the parent who signed the child/ren in may pick up the child/ren from the facility, unless other arrangements have been approved. This approval is contingent upon all required paperwork completed on file, as well as any required Management approvals.
Paging of Parents
Parents of children under the age of 2 and/or in diapers will receive a pager in order for the Kids Club staff to reach the parent should ones child need sustained attention (such as diaper changing, feeding, and/or excessive crying).
The Kids Club staff do not change diapers/pull-ups or assist a child in the bathroom. Should your child require assistance you will be paged immediately. Parents are welcome to leave diapers, wipes, etc. in the Kids Club in a clear zip lock bag for convenience.
Food and Drink
Due to allergies, no food or drinks are allowed in the Kids Club. Water fountains are available for use in the Kids Club.
Health and Safety
All Kids Club Associates upon hiring receive a drug screening, 2 step TB test and blood work for immunities. The Wellness Center completes a thorough background check as well as reference checks on all associates. Associates are required to be certified annually in CPR, AED and First Aid.
To promote a healthy and safe environment, we ask that you please not bring sick children to the Kids Club. In the event that a child develops an illness or is injured while in the Kids Club, we will locate the parent and require immediate check out. Children will not be allowed into the Kids Club with any of the following:
- Fever over 100.0
- Pink Eye
- Skin Rash
- Nasal Discharge
- Body Aches
If your child has physical limitations, developmental needs or harmful allergies, please notify a Kids Club Associate.
No bare feet are allowed in the Kids Club. For the safety of your children, we strongly recommend that your child wear appropriate shoes and socks for active play both indoors and outdoors (weather and staff permitting).
