Guests who prefer to phone in their reservations may call the Reservation Center 1-866-227-5944 to secure a reservation on your group block. However, please be aware that a processing fee of $15 per reservation will be incurred if you choose not to use the dedicated weblink to register. The name of the group is listed as Northwest Community Hospital. Callers may also use the following group code to identify the group: SCNCH4.
Guests may make reservations in the block at the group rate until Monday, May 6, 2024, or until the room block is full. After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only.
A daily resort fee plus the current Clark County room tax will be charged in addition to the room rates. Room rates at Caesars Palace are $195 a night Wednesday, June 5 through Sunday, June 9.
Please note that upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax. To avoid forfeiture of deposit, please ensure all changes and cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.
Request for refunds must be submitted in writing by 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday, May 14, 2024 to gicourse@nch.org. Refunds will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after this time.
