Breast Cancer Support Group

When: First Thursday of the month: 6:30 pm–8:00 pm
Where: NCH Radiation Oncology (lower level of the hospital)

Breast cancer survivors and the women in their lives who support them are invited to attend this monthly gathering.

Survivorship Class Series

These classes are open to anyone diagnosed with cancer and their loved ones. Whether you are still in treatment or have been out of treatment for years, these classes are for you.

Guided Imagery for those Affected by Cancer

When: Tuesday evenings once a month: 6:30 pm–8:00 pm
Where: NCH Radiation Oncology (lower level of the hospital)

This group is for cancer survivors, and their loved ones, who are looking to increase their sense of well-being, balance and comfort. This group is open to those who are newly diagnosed, going through treatment, have completed treatment or have a loved one with cancer. Join us for relaxation techniques and visualization.

Head and Neck Cancer Support Group

When: Fourth Thursday of each month: 6:00 pm–7:30 pm
Where: NCH Radiation Oncology (lower level of the hospital)

This support group is for anyone with head and neck cancer (cancers inside the mouth, nose or throat) and their family and friends.

Leukemia, Lymphoma and other Blood-Related Disorders Support Group

When: Second Wednesday of each month: 6:30 pm–8:00 pm
Where: Virtual only.

A support group for those with blood-related disorders, their families and friends. The group discusses issues related to leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma and any other blood-related disorders. The group is co-sponsored by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) Support Group

When: Third Tuesday of the month: 1:30 pm–3:00 pm
Where: Virtual only.

This support group is open to all MDS patients, their families and friends. The group provides opportunities to exchange thoughts and ideas on dealing with MDS. The group is co-sponsored by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation (AAMDSIF) and the MDS Foundation.

Pancreas, Hepatobiliary, Esophageal, and Gastric Cancer Support Group

When: First Tuesday of the month, from 6:30 pm–8:00 pm
Where: Virtual only.

This support group is open to all MDS patients, their families and This support group is for anyone with pancreas, liver, bile duct, esophageal or stomach cancer, as well as their family and friends.
