Personal training is exercise coaching which incorporates assessment, goal-setting and health education. Your trainer will design a comprehensive and challenging program tailored to your needs. We offer one-on-one, duet and group training formats.

WIN is a consistent program to hold you accountable to help you achieve your nutrition and fitness goals. WIN meets 2 times a week for 12 weeks and runs all year round.

Our online Virtual Fitness program brings fitness classes right to your home. Work out at your pace and on your schedule. All classes are recorded under our content library which will give you an access to 250+ classes to access whenever you’d like.
