Personal Training

Personal training is exercise coaching, which incorporates assessment, goal-setting, feedback and health education. Your trainer will design a comprehensive and challenging program tailored to your needs.

In working with your trainer, you’ll learn optimal technique in a safe, controlled environment. If you have a chronic condition or injury, a trainer will work with you to build a routine accommodating your situation while still achieving your goals.
