Personal Training

Personal training is exercise coaching, which incorporates assessment, goal-setting, feedback and health education. Your trainer will design a comprehensive and challenging program tailored to your needs.

In working with your trainer, you’ll learn optimal technique in a safe, controlled environment. If you have a chronic condition or injury, a trainer will work with you to build a routine accommodating your situation while still achieving your goals.​

Personal Training Options

One-on-One Training

Get individualized training to meet your specific fitness goals. Your certified personal trainer will customize your workouts and continually evaluate your progress to ensure that you stay on track and make the progress you desire.

Duet training

Personal training duets deliver the benefits of individualized training in a more cost-effective two-on-one format. Appropriate for families, friends and any participants who wish to share a workout experience.

Small-Group Training

This option provides motivation and results through groups of up to four participants with similar goals. This cost-effective method is a fun way to work with a personal trainer and build a relationship with other participants.

VIP Training

VIP is a training-included membership (two sessions per week). VIP Platinum: one year. VIP Gold: six months. VIPs may be customized by combining privates, duets and/or groups in personal training and/or Pilates. Families or couples may share one VIP membership with discounted add-ons.
