We’re not just a local healthcare provider. We are an active member of the community. For more than 60 years, we’ve not only provided medical services, but have worked with community leaders, residents and businesses to help improve the lives of our family, friends and neighbors throughout the northwest suburbs.
Caring for Our Community
We consider it a privilege to care for all who live and work in the area. Community isn’t just part of our name—it’s at the core of who we are. In 2022, it was our pleasure to direct $63.1 million in programs and services that greatly benefited our community’s unique needs.

Accessing healthcare services for the uninsured or underinsured can be difficult. That’s why we work closely with community clinics to ensure everyone has a medical home.

Community Health Needs Assessment
To ensure that we address the diverse needs of our patients and neighbors, we conducted Community Health Needs Assessments to identify the most pressing needs and develop strategies to address them.
Community Outreach
In addition to providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare to community members regardless of their ability to pay, we also invest a tremendous number of resources into programs for the under-resourced and other vulnerable populations.
Senior Services
We care deeply about the older adults in our community and have created special programs and support services designed especially to meet the unique needs of this population.
Charitable Giving
We responsibly allocate a limited amount of funding to not-for-profit community organizations that align with our mission and the needs of the community we serve. The application and guidelines will be available October 1, 2023 and are due no later than October 31, 2023.
