Kids Club Hours
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays: 8 a.m. to noon
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance (same-day reservations may be accommodated based on availability) and are only accepted during normal operating hours. This policy promotes proper staffing levels to supervise the children in a safe environment. Reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis until maximum capacity is met using appropriate safety ratios. All reservations are for a maximum of two hours per day. Parents are required to stay in the Wellness Center while their children are in the Kids Club. We ask parents to be respectful of drop-off and pick-up times. Please be advised, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we will consider you a “no show,” cancel your reservation and contact the next member on our waiting list. After three “no shows,” Kids Club privileges will be revoked for 30 days.
Reservations and purchases must be made using the Wellness Center app. This service is not available over the phone or at the Service Desk.
Kids Club Rates:
Cancellations must be made at least one hour prior to your reservation. If calling after hours, please leave a message at 847-618-3600. Three cancellations within a 30-day period will result in Kids Club privileges being revoked for 30 days.
Parents/Guardians are required to check their children in and out of Kids Club at the Kids Club Reception Desk. Only the parent who signed the children in may pick up the children from the facility.
We require that all parents take a pager in order for the Kids Club staff to reach the parent should their child need sustained attention (such as diaper changing, feeding, inappropriate behavior, and/or excessive crying).
The Kids Club staff do not change diapers/pull-ups or assist a child in the bathroom. Should your child require assistance, you will be paged immediately. Parents are welcome to leave diapers, wipes, etc. in the Kids Club in a clear zip-lock bag for convenience.
Due to allergies, no food or drinks or breastfeeding is allowed in the Kids Club. Water fountains are available for use in the Kids Club.
Upon hiring, all Kids Club Associates receive a drug screening, two-step TB test and blood work for immunities. The Wellness Center completes a thorough background check as well as reference checks on all associates. Associates are required to be certified in CPR every two years, AED and First Aid.
To promote a healthy and safe environment, we ask that you please not bring sick children to the Kids Club. In the event that a child develops an illness or is injured while in the Kids Club, we will locate the parent and require immediate checkout. Children will not be allowed into the Kids Club with any of the following, and must be symptom-free for 24 hours:
If your child has physical limitations, developmental needs or harmful allergies, please notify a Kids Club Associate.
No bare feet are allowed in the Kids Club. For the safety of your children, we strongly recommend that your child wear appropriate shoes and socks for active play both indoors and outdoors (weather and staff permitting).
