FLU VACCINE INFORMATION FOR NCH

Stay protected from this flu season and plan your annual flu shot today. NCH has the following convenient options.

Physician offices

Beginning Friday, September 1, 2023

Current patients or those that would like to become a patient of NCH Medical Group can:

Walk in during open hours of operation
Schedule a convenient time on MyChart
Obtain a flu shot at the time of any scheduled visit

Flu vaccines are available at the following NCH Immediate Care locations:

Arlington Heights, 800 W. Central Rd.
- Beginning Oct. 6, 2023 through Jan. 26, 2024
- Fridays, 9 am – 4pm
- Adult age 18 and up
Buffalo Grove, 15 S. McHenry Rd.
- Beginning Oct. 3, 2023 through Jan. 30, 2024
- Tuesdays, 9am – 4:30 pm
- Adult age 18 and up
Mt. Prospect, 199 W. Rand Rd.
- Beginning Oct. 14 through Nov. 18, 2023
- Saturdays, 9am – 1pm
  - Pediatric ages 3-17, adult age 18 and up
