NCH wishes all dads – and dads to be – a Happy Father’s Day. Our NCH Medical Group Family Medicine Physician Mukesh Kumar, M.D., who practices at the NCH Outpatient Care Center at Harper College in Palatine, is hoping to be spoiled this Sunday by his daughter, Mannat, 10; and son Aarav, 8.
He says he wouldn’t mind if they’d consider making this recipe with the help of his wife, Simran Jit, M.D., who’s also an NCH Medical Group Family Medicine Physician. “This sandwich looks healthy and combines some very nice flavors,” says Dr. Kumar.
