Family Medicine physician joins Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) Medical Group

Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) Medical Group is pleased to welcome Mukesh Kumar, M.D.,  a new family medicine physician who joined the NCH Medical Group staff on July 16. Dr. Kumar will be seeing patients at the new NCH Outpatient Care Center at Harper College, 1200 West Algonquin Rd., Building M, Palatine.

Dr. Kumar is board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. He earned a medical degree and completed post-graduate work in India where he then served as a primary care physician. He completed a family medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma, College of Medicine in Tulsa before serving as a primary care physician for several years in Moline, Ill.

The NCH Outpatient Care Center at Harper College opened Aug. 1. Walk-ins are accepted. To make an appointment, call 847-618-0121.
