Join the NWHP

There are many benefits to joining our PHO such as:

• Having a voice in the decision making process at NCH
• Access to marketing resources and expertise dedicated to building your practice
• Innovative means to connect providers with each other and with patients to their improve quality of care

However, we do have membership criteria set in place to ensure we maintain the highest levels of care for our patients that includes:

• All physicians must be members of the NCH Medical Staff to be eligible to apply
• Physicians must be board-certified, or if not board-certified, physicians must meet criteria set forth in the physician Participation Criteria
• Physicians must have current state licensure and state and federal controlled substance licenses/certificates
• Minimum malpractice coverage and full disclosure of malpractice liability history are required
• Physicians must be able to arrange reasonable coverage through another PHO participating provider for patients contracted through the PHO
